Fett Builders was founded in 1989 to satisfy the needs of homebuilders who wanted an
understanding builder to work with.  Many contractors have had bad reputations as being difficult to work with,  taking an unreasonable time to get the job done, and not returning to address homeowner concerns.  We realized that building a home is not always black and white.

Decisions and not fully made until parts of the house are already in place to see.  Many people aren’t comfortable making choices just on paper.  For this reason we like to be thought of as the “flexible builder”, open and willing to make changes when necessary to satisfy the homebuilder’s needs. 

We have built over 130 homes in the Bluffton and Findlay area.  The homes range in size from 1500 square feet and over 5,000.  We have been in the Hancock Homebuilders Association “Parade of Homes” numerous times, which draws thousands of people each year.  We pride our-self  on our sensible and livable floorplans.  Our attention to detail  and craftsmanship is top of the line. 

Fett Builders builds primarily in and around the Bluffton-Findlay area.  Currently we are also building condos around the Sugarcreek Golf Course outside of Lima.  Our homes are turn-key operations.  Everything is completed, ready to move in to.    We can do it all for you while making the process as stress-free as possible.
